Holiday Lets Bournemouth is a premium holiday accommodation brand offering handpicked stays across Bournemouth and the South Coast. As the business expanded, the existing website had become outdated, difficult to manage, and was beginning to impact both user experience and organic visibility. The owner wanted a trusted partner who could take the stress of managing the website, SEO, and wider online presence off his hands, allowing him to focus more on running the properties and guest experience. The goal was to modernise the site, improve visibility, and create a smoother direct booking experience without relying heavily on third-party platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.

What We Did
We rebuilt the digital experience around clarity, trust, and discoverability. Using Webflow, we created a fast, modern website structure designed to showcase individual properties while making it easier for guests to browse, compare, and enquire directly. Alongside the redesign, we also took over the ongoing management of the website, handling updates, content changes, property additions, and general maintenance so the owner no longer had to worry about the day-to-day running of the site.
Alongside the redesign, we developed an SEO strategy focused on increasing visibility for high-intent accommodation searches across Bournemouth and surrounding areas. This included restructuring site architecture, improving on-page targeting, writing conversion-focused landing page copy, and implementing technical SEO improvements to strengthen indexability and performance.
We also refined the customer journey to support direct bookings over marketplace dependency, introducing clearer calls-to-action, trust-building content, and a cleaner mobile experience tailored toward holiday search behaviour.
